Description
This 25 year old Cragganmore is proposed by the bottler Edition Spirits in its Author's Series range. It’s a single cask, in that case a sherry butt, which is associated for this 53rd series with the Irish author Tom Kettle. A whisky distilled in October 1995 and bottled in March 2021 at cask strength, with its natural colour and without chill filtration.
Tasting notes by the Rêves de Whisky team: The nose is lightly woody with ripe plums, which come again on the palate with notes of sultanas, nuts and cocoa. A rather dry and greedy whisky that will be particularly enjoyed as a digestive.
