Tasting notes of the distillery: On the nose, chocolate, ginger powder and cigar box. On the palate, a rich, velvety texture, initially creamy milk chocolate, then sultanas and dried raspberries. The finish is deep and rich, with dark toffee and a spicy burst of cinnamon.
