Description
This Texan bourbon was created for Berry Bros & Rudd in London in a spirit of memory work on the “Texas Legation”. This was a diplomatic agreement between Texas, independent at the time, and London that was intended to protect the Republic of Texas from its neighbours. This whiskey is made at the Ironroot Republic Distillery in Denisonin northeast Texas with non-GMO corn sourced from local farms. It is distilled twice, aged, and then assembled by Berry Bros & Rudd for this second Batch of 5000 bottles. It's a whiskey with notes of honey, sweet corn, cinnamon and a punch of pepper.
