And the story begins with a peated whisky. For this first chapter, it is the Caol Ila distillery that is represented with a single malt that has a punch with notes of citrus and smoke. A whisky distilled the 6^th October 2010 and aged in a hogshead cask #318073 until the 18^th October 2021, date of its bottling for an edition of 283 bottles.
