Pure spring water and carefully selected malt in Europe are the basis of this single malt. This young 6 year old whisky is distilled three times, like the Irish method which gives it a certain sweetness. For its maturation, two types of oak casks are used, ex-chardonnay and ex-sherry.
Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2015.
