Description
This is a small batch released by the Teeling distillery in collaboration with the Irish brewery Dot Brew, also based in Dublin. Grain whiskeys (75%) and malt whiskeys (25%) have been blended after maturing for up to 5 years in bourbon casks. This small batch was then matured for a further 12 months in IPA beer casks. The result is a beautifully fresh whisky, ideal for summer, with notes of citrus zest, green apple and grapefruit.
