This is the second small batch released by the Teeling distillery in collaboration with Ferrand and its Plantation rum brand. Grain whiskeys (75%) and malt whiskeys (25%) have been blended after maturing for up to 6 years in bourbon casks. This small batch was then matured for a further 12 months in barrels of Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple rum from Ferrand. This rum is made with infusions of pineapple, and the flavours transferred particularly well to the whiskey via the cask.
