Description
Japan is well known for its blends, which the blenders have made into an art form. This whisky is created the master distiller Ichiro Akuto at the Chichibu distillery. For this expression, a blend of malt whiskies has been finished in various red wine casks selected from around the world. These wine casks contribute to a great complexity of flavours, soft tannins, acidity and dry fruitiness for a long finish.
