Description
The young distillery was founded in 2014 in the Cotswolds region in the south-west of England between hills and meadows. We therefore propose you what is its first distillates, made with barley from local farms. Bottled in 2017 non-chill filtered, with no added colouring, this 2014 vintage has been aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks. An edition of 6800 bottles to discover without hesitation.
