Description
For this sixth edition – again limited to 5000 bottles –the bottler Hibernia Distillers proposes us a blend. An 18 year old single malt blended with a 8 year old triple distillated single grain. Both are married in 250 liter ex-Oloroso sherry casks for about 8 months, giving this Hyde an intense fruitiness. No chill filtration for this whiskey that also celebrates with its name the first president of Ireland, Douglas Hyde who presided the country from 1938 to 1945.
