Description
Developed at the Midelton Distillery, this Powers celebrates its origins, John's Lane Distillery (John Power & Sons) closed in 1974 that was located in the heart of Dublin on the current location of the National College of Art and Design where we can still see its old stills in the yard. A whiskey made in the Irish tradition, i.e. triple distillation in a pot still. This whiskey was mainly aged in first-fill ex-bourbon casks to which some ex-Oloroso sherry butts were joined.
