Description
More and more distilleries are moving back to the heart of the city, and this is the case of Teeling, which has been located in the centre of Dublin since 2015. Symbolized by a phoenix with a trendy spirit of renewal, it is historically a few blocks away from the very first distillery founded in 1782. This single malt is made from 100% malted barley and a combination of maturation and refining of 5 types of wine casks, Burgundy whites, Cabernet Sauvignon, Madeira, Sherry and Port. A multitude of influences that add charm to this whiskey in addition to notes of apple, pear, lemon, vanilla and honey.
