Description
On the nose, we are well with a peaty Caol Ila with good hints of smoke. Behind this first starter, comes a note of tangerines with a nice bitterness. This Caol Ila was distilled on 28th September 2009 and then aged for 9 years in a refill sherry butt. When it was bottled on 21st November 2018, it was decided to keep it as it is, without reduction, as it was in its cask.
