You can detect the Highland Park style with this single malt but it's no secret anymore so I won't say anything. A whisky made on Orkney in September 2000 and matured for 21 years in a refill Hogshead cask until December 2021, when it is bottled undiluted, with its natural colour and without chill filtration for an edition of 344 bottles.
Tasting notes by the bottler: The nose has light floral notes and some buttered waffles. The palate is smooth and creamy with Daim bar, ripe plum, roasted hazelnut and salted liquorice. Some coastal notes in the finish, subtle smoke and cracked black pepper.
