Description
The Compagnie des Indes lets you discover rums with authentic taste, rums with a variety of flavours, impregnated by their origins. Produced in Ghana by the Mid West Ghana distillery, this Great Whites edition is made from pure cane juice and distilled in a Pot Still.
Tasting notes from CDI: On the nose, very aromatic and fruity, with aromas of mango, mirabelle plum clafouti, pepper and a hint of amber found in certain perfumes. Oily and peppery on the palate, deliciously sweet and expressive with plenty of body, white-fleshed fruit, almond and a touch of eucalyptus. The finish is vegetal and subtle.
