Description
The latest in the Viking Legend trilogy, Valfather (one of the many names given to Odin, father of all gods) is the most peated whisky released to date by the Highland Park distillery. A whisky entirely matured in refill casks with a character as complex as Odin himself.
Tasting notes of the distillery: Sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedar wood, smoked paprika and aromatic peat smoke.
