This rye whiskey is made according to an old distillery recipe which takes us back to a pre-prohibition period. An old style whiskey whose recipe remains secret apart from a minimum of 51% rye and aging for at least four years in new toasted barrels. This Jim Beam is marked by a warm, spicy kick and a bite of black pepper, all rounded out by hints of vanilla and oak.
