Description
A small-batch Glencadam from a selection of ex-bourbon casks, which has been refined in ex-Sherry Pedro Ximénez Butts. A bottled single malt with a delicious natural colour and non-chill filtered.
Tasting notes of the distillery: On the nose, rich aromas of Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate combine with hints of cedar and cloves. On the palate, sweet flavours of maple syrup, toffee and treacle with prunes, maraschino cherries and Black Forest cake. Finishes with cherry jam and espresso coffee.
