The Ultimate
Based in the Netherlands, Han and Maurice van Wees have been independent bottlers since 1994. Through "The Ultimate" for whiskies and more recently "Ultimatum" for rums, they propose a selection of single casks bottled without added colouring or chill-filtration. Each of their bottles is numbered and has a very detailed labelling.
