It is in a Sherry Butt cask that this whisky distilled in 2007 has matured for 15 years. A unique cask for the Swiss market which gave 282 bottles of a single malt bottled at cask strength.
Tasting notes by the Rêves de Whisky team: It opens with a punch of spice and ginger that mellows in the mid-palate with fruity, citrus and vanilla notes, followed by a light, invigorating bitterness on the finish.
