Proposed by the bottler Ian MacLeod, this whisky is a BBQ in the Caribbean sunshine. It’s a peated whisky from the island of Islay, whose distillery is not revealed, imbued with the sweetness of its finishing in Caribbean rum casks. To the sea, and the sun!
