Description
This Bruichladdich matured for 10 years in a bourbon cask. A unique cask No 1039 proposed by the distillery in its Private Single Cask Bottling range. The whisky was distilled in July 2005 and bottled at cask strength in July 2016.
Tasting notes by the Rêves de Whisky team: We recommend a few drops of water and a short pause in the glass to allow the aromas to develop gently. Notes of lemon zest with fresh woodiness and heather honey are complemented by a slight bitterness, with a touch of spicy vanilla on the finish.
