Description
This is a nicely fresh whisky, distilled in October 2008 and aged for 14 years in a refill Butt, which released 336 bottles in May 2023. The whisky is undiluted, unfiltered and naturally coloured.
Tasting notes by the bottler: On the nose there are peach notes, sugared shortbread, Bounty Bar, with some subtle orange aromas. The palate is fruity and a little waxy with pineapple, guava, and a little brown sugar. The finish is velvety smooth with milky coffee, poached pear and a little walnut cake.
