Description
This single malt is distilled in Scotland and matured in the cellar of Michel Couvreur in Burgundy Bouze-lès-Beaune for 12 years. Its clear opal colour is due to the use of sherry casks Fino for its aging. A delicate whisky with floral notes that can be appreciated at any time and that perfectly accompanies, according to the tasting ideas of the house, an Epoisses cheese.
