This Talisker is part of Diageo's 2023 special releases range. This single malt, bottled in the natural strength of the cask, pays homage to the great Portuguese maritime explorations by rekindling the passion for exploration. This whisky is finished in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny port casks. This unusual combination of casks brings an unsettling balance to a tumultuous Talisker with maritime notes, port, leather, smoked bacon and a beautiful, intense, greedy finish.
