This is the second batch proposed by Pendulum Spirits for its Fable blend, which is composed exclusively with malt distilleries. We will be inspired by the label to find the contributing distilleries. Could it be Caol Ila, Blair Athol, Dailuaine and Glen Elgin?
Tasting notes by the Rêves de Whisky team: Heather honey, crème anglaise, lemon and some fresh bread notes with a hint of smoke.
