Showcase of the Springbank distillery, this single malt is also typical of the Campbeltown area. At least 10 years old, this whisky is a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. It was bottled with its natural colour and without chill-filtration. This whisky is an excellent introduction to discover the taste of this region and the distillery.
Slightly peated.
Tasting notes of the distillery:
On the nose: Orchard fruit (pear) with a hint of peat, vanilla and malt. On the palate: Malt, oak, spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, vanilla essence and a sweet finish with a lingering salty tingle.
