The Hepburn's Choice range proposed by the Laing family represents rather young whiskies with an alcohol content reduced to 46%, but especially single casks, bottled with their natural colour and without chill filtration. With 367 bottles from a cask that previously contained red wine, this 7-year-old Ben Nevis is a young and complete whisky. A rather dry single malt with notes of vanilla, apples, peaches and a finish with a vinous side. Distilled in 2011, it is bottled in 2019.
