Description
Its name Corryvreckan comes from the violent marine whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay where many stories and legends meet around the place. One of them relates that a young Viking prince named Breacan had to survive three nights in the heart of the whirlpool to prove his love to the daughter of the Lord of the Islands. Like the whirlpool itself, this whisky is not for the faint-hearted, but favour tasting this wild, intense and powerful whisky ... in quietness.
