The name of the distillery is not revealed for this young Scarabus, tasting it made me of the Caol Ila distillery... but maybe you will find the answer in the mysterious symbols that adorn the label. This Islay single malt was launched in 2019 for the Fèis Ìle, a music and whisky festival that takes place every year at the end of May on the Isle of Islay. Its name in Old Norse point to a place north of the island of Islay where a distillery of the same name would have operated early 19th. With a beautiful presentation, this whisky is a great gift for any peat lover.
