Description
As the distillery changed hands in 2015, it is still a distillation of the previous owner that we find in this nicely re-styled bottle. This whisky was aged exclusively in bourbon casks and bottled with its natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Tasting notes of the distillery: On the nose, delicate, floral with notes of honey, refreshing citrus and cut grass. On the palate, floral parma violets with fresh cut apple and hints of wood spice. The finish is sweet in mouth and refreshing.
