To be a part of the of the Depaz house bottling in a single cask, the barrel and its content must be selected by the cellar master for its exceptional qualities. This is the case with this rum aged for 11 years in a French oak barrel. A rum from the cane harvest of 2003 which reveals the soil of Martinique and a unique know-how of the distillery. This fine and direct rum brings us to woody and cocoa notes. A limited edition of 670 bottles.
