Description
This rum is a part of the “Ultimatum” range from the independent bottlers Han and Maurice van Wees. It’s an 8 year old rum that started its maturation in Barbados during 5 years. After arriving in Europe, it was aged for another 3 years in a unique cask, a rare bourbon cask that contained whisky from the Ladyburn ghost-distillery. It was finally bottled in December 2020 for an edition of 227 bottles. This rum is not too strong in alcohol, quite dry in mouth with a good recall on the whisky.
