Description
For the creation of its rums, St. Lucia Distillers use two types of stills: Coffey and pot stills. Rums mostly made with molasses that come from Guyana due to a lack of local production, at least for the moment. This Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks is aged in American oak barrels and for the little story, some of barrels found after a confusion of restocking following a fire that hit the distillery in 2007 compose this limited edition. A nice rum with notes of grapes, tobacco and vanilla.
