If the family's favourite novel was Don Quixote, why not highlight it with this rum. This Puerto Rican rum is made on a molasses base. It is an edition made from a selection of casks, all ex-bourbon, which have matured the 2007 distillate for 10 years and where each cask is individually bottled. A rum with woody notes, caramel and hazelnut with a touch of nutmeg and black pepper.
