Description
This rum from the Foursquare distillery is made with a blend of pot-still and column-still distillates. It is matured on site in Barbados for 11 years in ex-bourbon and ex-Zinfandel casks. It is part of the 'Exceptional Cask Selection' series, the 18th release, bottled in 2021 without chill filtration or added sugar or other additives, and with its natural colour. This is a rum with notes of citrus fruit, nuts with a touch of vanilla, spices and a light oaky finish.
