Description
Recently renovated in 2005, the Worthy Park distillery has its own local sugar factory for its molasses supply, a yeast also elaborated on site and a copper pot-still from Scotland. This is a good start and for of Worthy Park Single Estate to which will only be added 6 to 10 years of ageing in ex-bourbon casks. A rum where we find notes of banana typical of Jamaican rums with vanilla, dark chocolate, coconut and a touch of ginger.
