Description
This whisky from the Speyside region is proposed by Swiss bottler The Stillman's. Distilled in 2011, this single malt has been aged in a single ex-bourbon cask. It is bottled at cask strength in December 2023 for an edition of 161 bottles.
Tasting notes of the bottler: Fruity and floral on the nose, with notes of wet straw, cardamom and liquorice. On the palate, pome fruit, vanilla and woody notes. The spicy finish is long and persistent.
