Description
This single malt is matured in American oak casks for 16 years and then finished in casks that have contained Pineau des Charentes (a fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice, to which Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured).
Tasting notes of the distillery: On the nose, light and well-balanced floral notes. On the palate, fruity with lemon and grapefruit zest and a touch of ginger on a refreshing finish.
