The Knockando distillery, whose name in Gaelic means "small black hill", is located right next to the Spey River, a quiet place ideal for fishing salmons and where whiskies slowly mature. Aged in bourbon casks for at least 12 years, this light and delicate single malt lends itself to all occasions and in particular to pairing a summer aperitif.
