Description
A Mortlach that is delicate and at the same time intense, and I reassure some of you, it's not a sherry bomb, despite ageing in an Oloroso quarter cask. This single cask was specially selected for the Swiss market and produced 125 bottles. This whisky was distilled in 2008 and bottled at cask strength, with its natural colour and without chill filtration in 2023.
Notes de dégustation de l’embouteilleur: Au nez, caramel, feuillage et chocolat. La bouche est riche avec des notes de baies, de pomme et de caramel. La finale est longue avec un léger poivré persistant.
