Description
Yuan Shan Distillery is located in Yilan, in the northeast of Taiwan. This young distillery has started its activity in 2006 and already won several awards on the international scene. Its whiskies are influenced by the mists of the Pacific Ocean and the purity of the sources of the snow-capped Hsueshan Mountains. The Solist range is composed of the best single casks of the distillery, bottled at cask strength. This intense whisky is matured in American oak wine barrel. A single cask that brings multiple fruity flavours such as plum, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, with chocolate as the main base note.
