The distillery was founded in 2014 in the Cotswolds region in the south-west of England between hills and meadows. This young distillery proposes its distillates made with Odyssey barley from local farms. 90 hours of fermantation with the two varieties of yeasts Anchor and Fermentis give this whisky fruity flavour. It is then distilled twice and diluted to 63.5% for aging in shaved, toasted and re-charred 225-litre American oak red wine barriques. Bottled in 2019 at cask-strength and without chill-filtration, this batch no.01 is an edition of 1800 bottles.
