Description
More and more distilleries are moving back to the heart of the city, and this is the case of Teeling, which has been located in the centre of Dublin since 2015. Symbolized by a phoenix with a trendy spirit of renewal, it is historically a few blocks away from the very first distillery founded in 1782. This single malt is the classic style of Irish whiskey, made with 50/50 malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled. It is then aged in a combination of virgin American oak, bourbon and sherry casks. A whiskey with notes of lemon and grapefruit with spices, white pepper and cinnamon.
