The Artisanal distillery has its own sugar cane fields, where organic farming is practised. It also uses its own yeasts to ferment the freshly pressed sugar cane, which is then distilled in a pot still. This cachaça is then aged for a year in a unique cask made from Umburana wood, an exotic species typical of the region, which gives the distillate a unique spicy touch and notes of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. This cachaça is a selection from the Cave Guildive and presented by Brazilian artist José Borges.
