This rum is made in St. Catherine, Jamaica, in a pot still, presumably at the Worthy Park distillery. The rum is 5 years old and is aged in ex-bourbon casks, then 15 to 18 months in second fill Oloroso barrels, as well as a small part into Pedro Ximenez casks. The latter give a fruity and vinous touch to this typically Jamaican rum.
