The Hepburn's Choice range proposed by the Laing family represents rather young whiskies with an alcohol content reduced to 46%, but especially single casks, bottled with their natural colour and without chill filtration. This Craigellachie was distilled in 2001 and aged for 13 years in a sherry butt which gave for its bottling in 2014, 467 bottles of a nice nectar for dry-sherry fans.
