Description
From field to bottle is the motto of the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery founded in the north of England in 2016. A farm distillery that works exclusively with local barley produced in such a way as to preserve the soil as much as possible by limiting ploughing. This single malt was casked in March 2018, in an ex-Madeira hogshead for 4 years' ageing, then bottled with its natural colour and without chill filtration in February 2023 for an edition of 288 bottles for the Swiss market.
