Description
This single malt is made at the Bertrand distillery in Alsace with double distillation in a Holstein still and ageing on 30 April 2015 for 4 years in a new Limousin oak barrel. A Swiss/Valais touch is then added on 27 July 2019 with a further 3 years maturation in a single cask that was used to age the Amigne from the Cave de la Madeleine in Vétroz. This whisky is bottled on 28 July 2022 in an edition of 455 bottles, a fruity and floral single malt with notes of quince, peach, honey and warm spices.
